Prepare a specific enquiry
Include the product link, SKU or option, quantity per SKU, destination country and postal code. Add packaging, labelling and customization requirements. These details help the seller check availability and quote the correct configuration.
Compare the correct specifications
For pumps and filters, compare flow at the intended operating conditions, power, connections and tank requirements. For lighting and heaters, confirm dimensions, voltage, plug, controls and intended use. Ask for evidence of any certification required in your destination market.
Read MOQ and prices per SKU
Check the MOQ and quantity tiers after selecting a SKU. Different SKUs are counted separately; their quantities do not combine to reach a cheaper tier. Catalogue prices are references. Ask whether the quote includes packaging, shipping, duties or taxes.
Evaluate a sample before a bulk order
Ask whether a sample is available, its cost, dispatch estimate and delivery charge. Agree on the tests and acceptance criteria relevant to your use. Confirm any sample-fee credit in writing; do not assume it applies.
Confirm the written order terms
Before payment, review the quotation or pro forma invoice: exact SKU, quantity, unit price, currency, total, delivery terms, lead time, payment schedule and contracting entity. Verify payment instructions through an established contact channel.
Document delivery and any issue
Keep the quotation, payment record and shipment details. Record the package condition on arrival and retain clear images, SKU references and quantities if there is a discrepancy. The agreed order terms determine the available remedy.
