B2B shipping is quoted for the selected product, quantity and destination. Your quotation, PI or contract states the terms that apply to your order.
Packaging
Standard packaging depends on the product and selected SKU. Carton dimensions, weight, protective materials, labeling and any custom packaging are confirmed in the quotation or PI before the order is placed.
Shipping options
Express, air and sea freight may be considered according to product size, quantity and destination. The available method, route and carrier are confirmed for each order.
Freight and delivery terms
Freight is quoted after we know the delivery address, quantity and packing details. The quotation or PI states the agreed delivery term, freight charges and responsibility for destination charges, duties and import clearance.
Lead time
Production or preparation time varies by SKU, order quantity and customization. We confirm the estimated ready date and shipping schedule in writing; transit time is an estimate supplied for the agreed route.
Destination requirements
Tell us your destination country and any importer, retailer or marketplace requirements before ordering. Product-specific documents and shipping restrictions are confirmed in the quotation or PI.
