1. Website purpose
oqook.com presents product references and supports B2B inquiries. It is not a self-service retail checkout, and submitting a form does not create an order or require us to accept a request.
2. Product information
Images, prices, MOQ, lead times, specifications, availability and document references on the site are indicative unless confirmed in a current written quotation, proforma invoice or contract for the selected product.
3. Quotations and orders
An order becomes binding only under the terms stated in the applicable quotation, PI or contract and after any required confirmation or payment. That document controls if it conflicts with general website content.
4. Samples and customization
Sample, tooling, OEM and ODM availability, cost, timing, ownership and approval requirements are product-specific and must be confirmed in writing before work begins.
5. Payment safety
Use only payment instructions identified in an applicable quotation or PI and verify unexpected account changes through our published contact information. Never send passwords or full payment-card details through an inquiry form.
6. Documents and destination requirements
Buyers are responsible for identifying destination, importer, retailer and marketplace requirements. We will confirm only the documents expressly listed for the selected product; no catalog-wide compliance claim is made.
7. Content and third-party rights
OQOOK owns or uses site text, branding and media under permission or applicable rights. Product marks and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Site content may not be republished commercially without permission.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free reference information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability related to a transaction is governed by the applicable contract rather than this informational website.
